That Consulting Company was built to solve real business problems, not just patch one piece of a broken process.
Smartsheet is at our core. It was the first division we launched because it is one of the most flexible platforms for organizing work, scaling operations, and connecting teams. But TCC was never meant to be limited to one platform.
Tools change. Businesses grow. What matters is the solution, not the software.
Most consulting firms focus on a single problem, a single system, or one phase of the work. We take a broader view. We look at the full lifecycle of the business—from intake and execution to reporting, optimization, adoption, and what comes next.
When one part of that lifecycle breaks, the entire process suffers. Fixing only one slice may provide temporary relief, but it rarely solves the real issue. Our goal is to eliminate silos, not create new ones.
