• That Doc Generator (thatdocgen.ai) — governed by the That Doc Generator Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• Consulting and professional services — governed by the signed statement of work, master services agreement, or engagement letter for that engagement. If no signed agreement exists, the sections below apply.

Payments

Fees, billing cycles, and refunds for a product are stated in that product’s terms or in the signed agreement. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our products or services for anything unlawful, to interfere with their operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to any system or data.

Intellectual Property

You keep the rights to the content and data you provide. We keep the rights to our products, tools, methods, and materials, except where a signed agreement transfers specific deliverables to you.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our products and services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the fees you paid us for that product or service in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will give notice of material changes by email or on this page at least 14 days before they take effect.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
